Zagreb Weekend Course

As Zagreb is a city of growing economic importance, the Croatian language is becoming increasingly important in commercial sectors. This intensive course is targeted at those who require a fast track training approach, usually for business purposes, and since the course takes place in the centre of the city, students are exposed to the city's dynamic and cultural influences throughout the training programme.

With the success of its short intensive business courses in Losinj, CLS has launched this weekend course for those professionals who need to maximise their learning of the language. This 10 hour intensive training, in particular, allows for those with busy work schedules. Check the details below.

Course Programme Outline

Flying from London to Zagreb on Friday evenings, students have 2 full days of tuition on Saturday and Sunday before departing for London early on Monday morning.

Saturday

  1. 09.00-11.00 Lessons

  2. 11.00-13.00 Accompanied visit to central Zagreb: Traditional coffee house on Jelacic Square and                    visit the Dolac covered food market.

  3. 13.00-15.00 Lunch

  4. 15.00-18.00 Lessons

  5. 19.30 Evening entertainment

Sunday

  1. 09.00-12.00 Lessons

  2. 12.00-14.00 Traditional lunch (includes Croatian language practice)

  3. 14.00-16.00 Guided tour of Zagreb. Personal & professional tour guide with visits to the key sights                & buildings in the centre.

  4. 16.00-18.00 Lessons


Course content

Depending on the student's aims and level of knowledge, the course will cover training necessary for business professionals to become proficient in their day to day activities & communications as well as cover "survival" communication for those relocating to the country.
